Every day thousands of individuals let go of their dreams and get back to their daily routine. Only a few have the potential to achieve what they actually want. People’s lives revolve around earning money. In such a situation, it gets hard to sustain one’s passion. However, amidst all these struggles and hustles, many people know what they want, and they achieve it, regardless. Danny Nova is a living example of this fact.
A successful model and actor, Danny began his career at the age of 23. And ever since, he has been as successful as he wanted to be. Everything that happens in one’s life happens for a reason. Accepting reality and moving on with it is the key to survival. Danny was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He had to face limitless challenges to survive, but he did not let himself down and worked hard.
Human life is uncertain; to live it, one must embrace all the uncertainty. Born on January 24th, 1988, in Matanzas, Colon, Cuba, Danny spent a little harsh childhood. His father, Daniel Pereira, was a political prisoner in Cuba and searching for better life and freedom. Danny, along with his father, had to leave his hometown. Danny and his family flew to the United States and began a new life there. He did his schooling at South Dade Senior High School and adjusted to the new beginning.
At the age of 23, Danny’s life changed completely when Wilhelmina Models spotted him. It was when Danny got a chance to sign a modeling campaign in Miami and Los Angeles with Wilhelmina Models, and that is where his success began.
Slowly and gradually, his modeling career accelerated, and many big brands like Calvin Klien, Guess by Marciano, and Polo Jeans signed him as a model. For some people, after a long pause, life has infinite opportunities to offer, and Danny is one of those people. He got more and more opportunities with time, and his life started falling in place.

While his modeling career was on the rise, he was spotted by a person who introduced him to the world of acting. He did his first segment, “El Hombre Ideal,” with Don Fransisco and debuted. It was a very new experience for him as the world of acting is totally different from that of modeling. But with his efficiency and passion, he embraced that too.
Danny grew up idealizing Nicholas Cage, and ever since, he knew that he had the potential to be like him. He explains his acting career as a new experience as this profession helps explore roles with new emotions and styles. According to Danny, one can live many lives through acting in a single lifetime.
Danny’s success took him to many places. He was featured in TV shows and magazines. So far, he has been featured in a show Univision. He worked with Wire Magazine, Gente Miami Magazine, People en Espanol Magazine, and Heartthrob (The Bennett Brothers Book 3). The fun, outgoing, and adventurous model have lived his life the way he desired, all because of his determination and dedication.
One of the best and biggest reasons behind his success is that Danny made sure to fulfill the responsibilities of a father along with his career. For him, the best thing that has ever happened to him is his son, and Danny makes sure to do everything to keep his son happy.
Danny spends time with his son, plays with him, goes to the park, and does everything that brings a smile to his son’s face. His love and care for his son show that apart from being a successful model and actor, he is also a responsible and loving father.
Considering his accomplishments, it can easily be concluded that Danny Nova is one of those people who choose their dreams over everything. Their passion keeps them driven, and success is served to them because of their endless hard work. Determination, dedication, and acceptance of reality do wonders for people passionate about reaching their destination.
