Animal Concerts $6.75 Million Private Round and $1 Million in Token Sales Across Five Launchpads.

‘The Animal Concerts metaverse entertainment platform has raised $6.75 Million from a number of funds and token purchasers prior to its centralized exchange listing’

January 21st, 2022 — Animal Concerts, the next-generation entertainment platform, who has already hosted concerts with Bustya

Rhymes, Future and Alicia Keys, has successfully held a $6.75 Million private round from a consortium of funds and token purchasers and has just opened a preferred equity raise of $50 million dollars.

The platform is providing a new means of interaction between recording artists and concert attendees with a near-removal of third parties. The entertainment experience will also be enhanced through the use of Web 3.0 technologies including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and VR technology.

Some of the prominent backers within the private round included ZMT Capital, Maven Capital, Metrix Capital, Magnus Capital, Skybridge20, Arkn, Amesten Capital, Greenhorns Capital, Brotherhood VC, and Sheesha Finance. Additional supporters included Polygon and Klaytn through ecosystem grants, as well as Netvrk, Vera, and GlobalStar. Alongside the Venture Capitalt firms and consortiums were a number of angel investors such as:

● Alex Smirnov (The co-founder of deBridge).
● Heslin Kim (The co-founder of SupraOracles).
● Theodore Agranat (The co-founder AlphaCrypto).
● Yuen Ho Wong (The CEO of Labs Group).

Animal Concerts has a number of initiatives towards which the funds are being allocated. This will mainly include the pursuit of top-tier artists for metaverse events as well as NFT drops, marketing, ecosystem development, liquidity provisioning, and team expansion.

Animal Concerts has already secured contracts with 50 of the world’s top recording artists and organizations.

It is undertaking to disrupt the existing live concert and online entertainment industry by securing record deals with artists and providing a new means of experiencing entertainment events. This will further open revenue generation models in the form of record deals, ticket sales, merchandising, advertising, and more.

The project whitepaper notes the glaring inefficiencies within the existing concert industry and is complementing it with decentralized technologies to ensure a more interactive and equitable transaction for all parties.

Animal Concerts is launching its own in-house cryptocurrency specific to the live concert industry. The project is further bringing an entirely new ‘Watch-to-Earn’ model where metaverse participants are rewarded for their time and attention. This is at odds with the previous entertainment model. Performers can retain 50% of the revenue from both NFT and ticket sales.

Alongside the successful private round, the ANML token was available for purchase on five project launchpads in the past week alone, before selling out. The launchpads included Vent Finance, Firestarter, Synapse Network, Polkabridge, and Starter. The price for the token was $0.0045. For each IDO the lock-up was 25% at the TGE with 75% vested over 6 months. These project launchpads assist in finding long-term holders, incubation, marketing, and KYC verification.

Next on the Animal Concerts roadmap is Centralized Exchange Listing (CEX) with an Exchange to be announced soon. The trading pair will be ANML/USDT. Animal Concerts are also set for an upcoming NFT drop and live event over the next couple of weeks.
