She is a Certified Yoga Teacher from Sri Sri School of Yoga (Bangalore) and is also a Member of Yoga Alliance (USA). Being an Indian National Level Gymnast, she has trained under Dr. Kalpana Debnath, Sports Authority of India and has been awarded over 100 national and state level medals.
Both the founders, Samarthya and Preetika have trained 30+ nationalities at Bodsphere. People from Latin America, Europe, the US, India, Africa, South East Asia have experienced Yoga and Meditation at Bodsphere, as its objective is to unite the world through Health and Wellness.
