To book your trip, just type in any search engine: Circuit Egypt to find a plethora of tour operators offering different packages. In general, there are 8 to 11-day packages with a visit to Cairo plus a cruise on the Nile.
It is important to check that the excursions are included in the price so as not to have big surprises once there. You should also know that most of the time drinks on board the boat are chargeable and that there is a Visa of 65 € to be paid on arrival.
Secure country
When you tell your entourage that you want to go on Egypt tours, you often get hostile or fearful reactions. But, as we said in the introduction, there really is nothing to worry about.
It is true that when you arrive in the country you can be a little surprised when you see the number of police and military patrolling and the many checkpoints in the streets, but you get used to it quickly.

To go to Egypt, you need a valid passport or an identity card that will not expire in the next six months.
The currency used there is the Egyptian pound. 20 pounds equals about $ 1. The easiest way is to change it when you arrive at the airport, because very often this currency cannot be found in Parisian exchange offices.
For large amounts, you can obviously use a credit card. Beforehand, check the costs with your bank to avoid any unpleasant surprises when you return!
