Chitiz Agarwal Gives Ray of Hope to IT Professionals who Lost Their Jobs During the Pandemic

The Salesforce Guru aims at helping deserving professionals get their jobs back by upskilling themselves

Chitiz Agarwal, the founder and CEO of Techila Global Services, intends to provide free Salesforce training to IT aspirants who had lost their jobs due to the disastrous pandemic. He aims at improving their skill-set and making them capable of landing their dream jobs again. 2020 was a tough year for businesses across the globe. As people stopped heading out of their houses, business transactions ceased overnight, and the demand for an array of goods and services hit rock bottom, organizations had no other option but to cut down their costs and letting some of the valuable employees go.

This resulted in several deserving professionals losing their jobs and getting unemployed despite all capabilities. Looking at this situation, Mr. Agarwal stepped in to help these professionals regain their lost confidence and find them jobs they are most suited for.

He says, “It was really unfortunate how young and capable professionals had to lose their jobs in the wake of the COVID situation. I look forward to providing them with extensive training and practical knowledge in the realm of Salesforce that would give them an edge over others. My aim is to make them well-versed with the latest technological advancements and helpthem master the craft with in a holistic manner.”

Chitiz Agarwal intends to train Salesforce aspirants through the platform of Techila Academy. As an extension to his company, Techila Academy is an online platform where anyone who is willing to hone their skills and get Salesforce trained can volunteer for free and obtain valuable training resources. The platform offers trainees with several online courses and webinars designed by some of the best experts in the IT industry.

The training program at Techila Academy consists of four major sessions – Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Administration, and Pardot. These sessions cover different Salesforce offerings, from the introductory stage to the advanced nitty-gritty details. Mr. Agarwal makes sure that the trainees are provided with the right mix of theoretical and application-based knowledge for holistic development. Further, the training program at Techila Academy is linked with an internship program to provide a practical work experience to the trainees. The program allows them to apply the skills they learn and the knowledge they acquire to solve practical problems.
