He is a burn survivor and decided to turn his pain into passion through music.
Isn’t it always surreal to learn about all those people who exude a different level of passion, zealousness and tenacity, when it comes to their chosen industries? The world is filled with many such talented beings, but only a few rare gems go ahead in making their name count in their respective niches.
Of course, it is not as easy as it may sound, but the ones who have been able to do it are those that focus on only bettering their craft and work and, with determination, walk their way to the top. The music industry of the world has seen innumerable such talents, but one name that has been garnering much love lately for his abilities in radiating real emotions through music is Samuel Thomas Jones, popularly known as Cooli Highh.
Ask him what drove him towards the world of music and the tremendous music talent quickly replies, saying, “After all the struggles that I saw since I was three, where I was kidnapped, and burned alive left to die, I still survived. The dark memories of my past ignited the fire in me to turn my pain into a passion for music, which has what led me to come up with hit tracks that today people are in absolute awe of.” Cooli Highh has made a unique niche for himself in the vast music industry as an African-American songwriter, recording artist and content creator, highly inspired by the hip hop genre.
Born in San Diego, California, after the challenges he faced as a toddler, Cooli Highh survived it all and then graduated from Arkadelphia High School. He even went ahead in graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the ITT Technical Institute in 2013. It was only in 2017 that Cooli Highh decided to dive deep into the world of music and garnered much recognition from his debut album 48Hrs, from which his debut song also got featured on Power 92 Jams, a leading hip-hop radio station in Arkansas.
The young musician and singer has worked with several major artists and music producers so far, which proves his excellence in his craft. Apart from that, Cooli Highh has emerged as a great fashion entrepreneur as well with his brand AcMgFashion and also initiated the Good Vibes Corp for his ‘HighhLife podcast’.
