The Gallant Dill Story: From Broke High School Dropout to Multi-Millionaire Consultant

I recently sat down with an inspiring entrepreneur by the name of Gallant Dill. A man that came from broken beginnings who then catapulted himself to the penthouse suite. Literally.

Dill grew up with nothing, and nobody expected anything of him. He was placed in a lockdown facility for troubled youth in his teens, dropped out of school at age 17 and ran away from home. Everyone who knew him expected he would end up in jail. Tattoos run up and down his arms, representing a mural of his gritty past. And yet… nothing about Dill is as you would expect. He’s a game-changing millennial entrepreneur.

When he opens his mouth, he sounds like a superhero in the flesh. His words are inspiring and ignite the mind with optimism and hope. His eyes shine like the skyscrapers surrounding his apartment as if he knows a secret about the world that most people have forgotten.

I honestly think he knows a secret that others don’t. At age 24, he is the founder of over a dozen companies and worth over a million dollars. He consults for multi-million dollar companies, hosts the world’s largest community of entrepreneurs, and mentors people young and old on finding success in the face of adversity. He’s basically defied all the odds to get him where he is today.

The secret to his success could lie in his lack of formal education.

“People go to school to learn about the world so that they can eventually do something that matters. I asked myself… why is there a gap between learning and doing? Why can’t I do something that matters and just learn as I go?” Dill started questioning whether the mindsets and lessons he learned in school were actually beneficial to him.

“Sometimes the things you ‘learn’ about the world are actually holding you back. Maybe unlearning is what you need,” says Dill.

Dill teaches that success is found in adversity – not despite it. He teaches people to actively find the advantage that their unique challenges bring to them. Finding the positives within the negatives. In an effort to spread his unconventional philosophy of growth and success in the face of struggle, he is launching a course called Gallant Dill’s Consulting Launch Pad. In it, he teaches the counterintuitive strategies he used to blaze past all his peers while they were in school “learning.”

“I didn’t want to make a course. I haven’t completed many courses in my life since I dropped out of school early… these things aren’t my strong suit. But so many people kept asking me how I rose to the top, and I saw so many people struggling, so I decided to create a course that would change people’s minds about what is possible for them. I wanted to show them the exact steps they could use to replicate my success,” says Dill.

Dill is a shining example of using adversity as an advantage to young people seeking to live better lives. He mentors only a few select students at a time, but he is now spreading his empowering strategies to tens of thousands of ambitious people in his community and beyond. To them, he stands as a model of a better life. Something they’ve been dreaming about but unable to reach.

Dill may have come from nothing… but in the eyes of those who look up to him, he is everything. Someone that they can look up to and strive to be.
