According to Susan, meditation, intention setting, exercise and a full night’s rest are some of the things that people should incorporate into their lifestyles to ensure they lead a balanced and fulfilling life. According to Susan, success is defined by how she inspires others. She explains “If I inspire one person daily to do something great for themselves, their loved ones, or for their life, I’ve done my job.”

Following these principles, Susan is known for her inspiring way of living life and helping others reach for their dreams. She believes that nothing is unachievable when you believe in yourself.
