Roozbeh “Bruce” Aghaie Pour is a well known name in the international entertainment industry. His brother Siavash “Sia” Aghaiepour founded Europe’s first talent management agency specialized in urban music and has worked with some of the most popular musical icons like Kid Kapri, DJ Cash Money, Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, Pitbull, Ludacris and many others.
When he was only 18 years old, he was working as a road manager for various of the largest hip hop artists.
In 2007, after studying Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, he took over the position of General Manager at the agency his brother founded. There he played an integral role in strengthening the firm’s international position.
Bruce has overviewed and produced shows and tours for artists like Tyga, 50 Cent, French Montana and many others.
Now, he is a managing partner of the company alongside his brother Sia. Together they operate the global business and continue to manage and help grow the careers of mainstream artists, DJs, celebrities and athletes.
When asked about his plans for the future, Bruce shares, “We are constantly growing and expanding. In 2019 we established close ties with agencies in the film and television industry which gives our clients the opportunity to work with new talent. Aside from the bookings, we are planning a new global concert agency to produce shows for our talents. Furthermore we are also helping our clients with the global distribution of their franchises and brands, such as 50 Cent‘s Cognac brand “Branson”.”
He also added, “Overall we think by 2022 the entire industry will be back on track and we will be bringing many live events to a city near you.”
