If you’ve been paying attention to the news lately, you will have come across the fact that games like Dota 2, Counterstrike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, and others have been incredibly popular in the world of e-sports. Over the past few years, an increasing number of people have become independently wealthy and gotten out of challenging financial situations that they faced. However, becoming rich from gaming isn’t a new phenomenon; it’s something that has been happening for over a decade.
Ever since the days of the CPL World Tour, where Sander “Vo0” Kaasjager won $250,000 in the 2000s, people have seen the extraordinary potential for becoming successful and rich playing video games competitively. There are thousands of games out there, with millions of players for the most popular ones. This has led to some extraordinary opportunities, especially for people who missed out on the first wave of modern 21st century e-sports. Andrew researches a game before he invests his time into it. Many of the games out there are not worth playing. However, there are other incredible games like the ones mentioned earlier that are incredibly fun, popular, and lucrative to play competitively. These are the ones Andrew pursues.
Today, he has an impressive gaming resume of several popular games that have helped him amass a small fortune. He believes that anyone can achieve the same level of success with professional gaming as he has. As long as they take calculated risks and research games extensively, they can become independently wealthy as he has.
Given how young Andrew still is, it is quite possible we will be seeing more from him in the future. For now, he is actively trading cryptocurrencies and helping others unlock the same sort of financial freedom he was able to achieve for himself.
