Growing up in the small town of Blue Ridge, Georgia, Young Adub would’ve never imagined being where he is today. Turning back the clock to his days growing up, Young Adub was heavily involved in sports and almost went to college to continue playing the game.
It came as a shock to himself and most people around him when he decided to step away, but he knew it was what he had to do in order to go down the path he was most passionate about, making music.
During his High School days, Young Adub used to freestyle at parties before people encouraged him to post his talents up on social media. After making the switch and developing his online presence in the form of an artist, Young Adub was able to begin making connections with different artists and producers in his area.
Now, after a few years of working on himself and building his presence as an artist, Young Adub is ready to take a crack at making music at a higher level. With aspirations to join the likes of some of his favorite artists in the hip-hop music world, it will be a long journey for the young artist. He knows that he is up for the task and will stop at nothing to make this happen for himself.
Recently, Young Adub got the ball rolling in 2021 with the release of his new single “Far From Average.” The up-tempo, hip-hop-based beat works well with Young Adub’s raw vocals to create a certified hit and a perfect preview for what is in store for him moving forward.
In the day-to-day life of an artist, it can be easy to get tripped up in the numbers and go crazy over how well a song did or didn’t do. Oftentimes, this halts a young artist’s progress, which Young Adub constantly reminds himself not to do. The numbers don’t matter to him; what does is that he gets the chance to share his story and inspire others through his music. That’s all he could ever ask for.
What is in store for Young Adub is far worth the time and energy invested into making this ship sail. There is a very bright future ahead for this bundle of talent, and it will be exciting to see where the world of music takes him.
