Nate the Great Peterman on Scaling Symba Marketing

Nate Peterman has always had a solid work ethic and the mindset of an entrepreneur. Even before he started working, he would create motivational content as a teen and upload it to YouTube while hoping to lift spirits and keep people motivated enough to keep working hard for what they want. His motivational mindset is likely why Symba Marketing, his branding and creative agency, has had such significant success despite being in business for only one year.

As the co-founder of Symba Marketing with Daniel Kiani, Nate wanted to bring forth something incredible that would help clients make their mark while garnering a lot more attention and making extra sales. Although they came across some issues while dealing with Facebook that could’ve left him and his business partner feeling discouraged, they decided to transition their company into something more significant and have already made a name for themselves in the industry.

“We managed to scale the business from earning nothing to six figures in a year, which is incredible for any startup. We’ve acquired over 300 different clients who’ve regularly put their trust in us to help them with various services,” says Nate Peterman.

“Not only do we work with these incredible clients, but our company has also forged fantastic relationships with some of the world’s biggest influencers. The best part in all this is that we’ve managed to achieve success through word-of-mouth instead of paid advertising.”

That’s right. If you thought Symba Marketing became such an overnight success because of paid advertisements, you’d be wrong. Instead of taking that typical approach, Nate and Daniel agreed to try something more beneficial to everyone involved – putting their clients first.

“When clients feel appreciated and are taken seriously, they’re more likely to spread the word. We know the power that a good experience has, along with a bad experience, so we’ve gone above and beyond to provide our clients with the best possible experiences to keep them satisfied,” shares Nate Peterman.

“We know that we’re doing something right because we’ve grown the business to six figures in less than a year without using paid ads, which doesn’t happen for a lot of businesses.”

And, he wouldn’t be wrong. So many entrepreneurs put their blood, sweat, and tears into their businesses and still struggle to stay afloat because of the cut-throat market and stiff competition. With that in mind, managing to transform the company into what it’s become was a considerable accomplishment for Nate and his business partner.

Not only does he put his all into Symba Marketing and the connections built with major influencers, but he also looks to share his valuable knowledge with others. He’s even written a book, Success Secrets for the Young Entrepreneur, to share industry secrets and tips for success with people who’d like to become entrepreneurs.

He hopes to see more young people developing innovative ideas and starting incredible businesses instead of working for someone else for the rest of their lives.
