Step #2: Track Your Habits
Track your habits in a spreadsheet or an app. Adopt the best practices that serves your interest the most (e.g., spend two hours per night building the business). Use the app or spreadsheet to keep track of these habits to ensure you develop them as a routine. One of the biggest reasons why people procrastinate is that they haven’t developed the habit of performing a task consistently. Tracking your habits will help improve your consistency.
Step #3: Create Daily Overviews
At the beginning of each day, create an overview of what you want to accomplish. Be realistic and develop the habit of achieving everything in your to-do list. By focusing on your daily plan, you can also help break down your goals into smaller sub-goals, which you can gain satisfaction from achieving every day.
Step #4: Train Yourself to Act
