London, UK—Centric’s COO Tommy Butcher announced a new Centric Swap (CNS) listing with BankSocial Exchange, a non-custodial exchange based in Dallas, TX. Exchange functionality and credit and debit card purchases for CNS are now live in select territories. BankSocial has also committed to providing Centric Foundation with a portal to facilitate fiat purchases of CNS on Centric.com.
Centric COO Tommy Butcher said, “By listing with BankSocial, we’ll be able to offer more Centric users the ability to purchase Centric Swap with either a credit or debit card.”
Last year, Centric introduced its first fiat onramp; however, it was not available to users in certain countries, such as the United States and Saudi Arabia. The BankSocial listing will open this access for many users.
Currently, BankSocial operates in California and Texas. The company says twenty more states will go live in the coming months. Outside the US, BankSocial will be opening in Canada along with all the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. BankSocial is working on expanding into the European Union and Brazil.
Beyond its exchange services, BankSocial is pioneering other DeFi and FinTech services, including crypto home loans and crypto hard money loans.
