Karahn Alston, aka Rahn Da Don, is a Baltimore-based Entrepreneur. Currently, Rahn works in the entertainment and lifestyle-based domain and is the owner of Don Enterprises. He is known for his valuable partnerships and trust. Rahn is the manager of PFM Pistol P, who is one of the prominent artists from Baltimore. Don Enterprise is a full-fledged consulting and Marketing firm that helps brands and personalities to accelerate the revision.
Having worked and collaborated with numerous companies and brands, he knows the struggle and pitfalls people face in the career. For the last two years, Rahn has been super active in non-profit activities and upliftment of the community in Baltimore.
Why focus on mental health and community building?
Although Rahn the Don is a self-made entrepreneur, he received a lot of support from his community in his initial career. He believes that giving back to his community in the form of knowledge and support is essential. He has partnered with Redesigning Minds in a PRP program to empower individuals and maximize their potential for optimum success.
Growing up, Rahn has come across a lot of pain in Baltimore. Young kids have high potential but are being led in the wrong direction. Redesigning minds is a non-profit organization that helps broken adults envision a brighter future for themselves.
Issues like gang wars, gun violence, self depression, and trauma lurk over Baltimore’s youth. There were no organizations in Baltimore that can resolve these issues of the youth. The fights and wars are happening for the last decade. But Redesigning Minds has a special wing that focuses on resolving issues and channeling the focus of the youngsters towards peace and self-growth.
Their therapist helps with any issues the client has. They also have a proper counselor that works with proper planning to minimize weaknesses and maximize their strengths. They have helped Baltimore artist YBS Skola & Stokey with the game truck event. Everyone wants a good and peaceful community but lacks proper vision and execution.
Since Rahn Da Don has a partnership with Redesigning Minds, he has streamlined many opportunities for the kids in Baltimore. Supported over 100 students who are working towards their future, and they also partnered with Saint Augustine University in NC to send up to 60 kids to college. With his disruptive vision, Rahn Da Don is on the verge of being the most versatile entrepreneur in Baltimore who is focused on building a legacy for himself and his community.
