Favre who is based in the Lyon city of France has got strong support from his family in carrying the legacy forward. It has been almost 25 years since the businessman is running this family-owned business and he has truly taken the company to a new high which offers a full range of green spaces, reliefs and pure air in Monts du Lyonnais.
Favre and his family over the years have followed one simple ideology – respect every employee of the organization. “The word ‘TEAM’ itself denotes ‘Together Everyone Achieves More’ and when you are working together as a team, you know the strengths and weaknesses of your employees. We have always put in our best efforts to help our employees grow on a personal and professional level and I am glad that my company has managed to build a positive atmosphere of unity,” stated the 56-year old entrepreneur.
In these last two decades, Favre’s company has built is reputation in the market and is leading the game among other contemporaries. His team has got a lot of interesting projects in the pipeline which will be launching in 2021. Besides making money through business, he had earlier revealed that his major focus has been on building human and material wealth.
