His passion for property began at an incredibly young age. When he was just 12 years of age, Brian began working with his father as a steeplejack. From there, as he grew into his teens, he progressed through various roles in construction, trying his hand at multiple sectors, including foundations, framing, siding, roofing, painting, plumbing, and interior finishing.

It is this experience that gave Brian unrivaled knowledge on properties. While many real estate agents do not understand the complexities of modern buildings, Brian is able to help his customers by ensuring that they are not stung with frustratingly long lists of repairs following a home survey. Having successfully worked on the build of hundreds of homes, Brian then moved into the world of Project Management before becoming a Superintendent in charge of over 3,000 units. From there, he naturally progressed into real estate, eager to help individuals to discover the perfect home for their family.
