Born in the Valley of Paradise, Kashmir, Ajaz Mir AKA DJ JAZZIE JAZ is a 39 year old operations manager/ DJ by profession. Ajaz Mir completed his Bachelors in International Business from Queensland University of technology. DJ JAZZIE JAZ first began spinning’ on the decks back in 2001’, and soon grew into Mix Master Specialist.
He debuted with the Austral Asia tour of RDB, where he played alongside Late Kully (RDB), and after that successful event, he earned the title of one of the best Mix Master of Bollywood EDM. Ajaz has a great passion for party and even a greater passion for music, which helped him make his big breakthrough and he soon started to play alongside of some of the big names in the industry like Bohemia, Punjabi MC, DJ NYK, DJ LEMON, Aqeel,
Dj Suketu and many more.

We just cant underestimate the fact that JAZZIE JAZ was the first Indian Dj to play at Splendour in the Grass in Byron Bay Australia in 2016. (Splendour in the Grass is Australia’s largest winter music festival held annually.) His music consists of high energy, phat, deep and funky, which keeps the crowd on the dance floor all night and that’s what makes DJ Jazzie Jaz stand in the industry.
When asked about from where did he got the inventiveness to play such magnificent music, to which Jazzie replied, “Every time I went see a Dj play, I would stand the entire set and listen to every beat, and go home practice the same thing, and sometimes test my own elements to see how it would sound.”
